Frequency Specific Microcurrent
Did you know that every organ, tissue, and bodily system has specific frequencies that can be mended?
Every organ, tissue, and bodily system has specific frequencies. FSM helps the body restore its wellness.
Resonance theory postulates that tissues, cells, and physiological systems in the body/mind can be associated with at least one frequency. Many people are familiar with TENS units; similarly, clinical research has resulted in specifying frequency protocols to address most health conditions. The low-energy pain-free process involves a careful evaluation of current functioning and determining an appropriate sequence of protocols. Used widely for sports injuries, chronic pain, and trauma-related imbalances, microcurrent is simple to apply. The home user model is like having a wellness clinic in a box, handy with protocols aimed at addressing the underlying physiological imbalances or dysfunctions.
In my experience, sometimes the medical field is too quick to say “it’s all in your head”. And mental health professionals aren’t always able to penetrate the effects of our thinking. Consider that everything in life is energy. Down to the atoms and molecules, all energy moves. And energy moves at different rates in different ways. FSM addresses the body/mind on a subtle energy level. The energy is referred to as “resonant” energy. The theory of resonant energy is that each tissue, each organ, each system in our body/mind has one or more frequencies. When these energies are low or missing, conditions develop that represent the imbalance. When we provide the body/mind with the energy that is lacking it can recognize and repeat these energies and bring the system back into balance.
FSM is not the same as Rife or TENS units, but based on similar principles. The FSM equipment I use, the Micro-Sport by HoweRT, is like having an urgent care center in your back pocket. It comes with 99 protocols for most every occasion. FSM, also called microcurrent or MC, is used by the Cleveland Clinic for people with chronic pain conditions. It is used by top NFL players for pain and other conditions. Due to some underlying health risks, I have personally used it since the start of the pandemic so I could avoid contact with others at medical establishments.
I am one of those people who learns more from life’s experiences than from books. I like to say that “it is the miles, not the years”, and that gravity is one of life’s best teachers. In April of 2021, I encountered the gravity with full force of my body onto my left hand , fracturing my left wrist, splintering the end of the ulna into 3 pieces. I brought my Micro-Sport with me to the ER and started using it or what we call “running current”. Being a person who does not feel safe taking pain medications, I started taking Naproxen every 12 hours. I ran current constantly and 48 hours after the fracture, my pain level was at 0-2 (on 1-10 scale with “10” being highest). I kid you not, I was blown away! Five days later, I had a 2 ½ hour surgery to partially reconstruct the wrist with hardware. I continued to run current as soon as I got home. Around midnight that night, when the nerve block began to wear off, I took my first prescribed pain killer. Continuing to run current, I took 3 more, 6 hours apart, and my pain level returned to 0-2. The next night I took one Tylenol and the following day a Naproxen, but that was it! I have never experienced that kind of pain relief and highly recommend FSM for pain!!
There are many other protocols I have used for myself and others. One of my favorite protocols helps the vagus nerve and relieves nervousness. I used that prior to a root canal and have never been so calm during a dental procedure. I have had success using it with people who have headaches and migraines, chronic pain, sleep issues, concussions, anxiety, depression, IBS, and much more.
An example that stands out was a young woman who had lost 4 jobs due to the pain from endometriosis. I did one session with her, and she reported a 60% decrease in symptoms lasting 2 months. The point of that example is that it isn’t just pain relief, the frequencies address the underlying conditions leading to the pain. Due to distance and other factors, she couldn’t return and eventually had to have surgery, but the benefits were remarkable for only one session.
A final example was a man in his 60s with a history of head injuries who had shooting neurological pain in his foot. He had been to many specialists, none of whom provided him with relief. After several sessions with FSM, he reported the symptoms to diminish. After repeating the sessions a few more times, the symptoms went away. It significantly changed his quality of life.
